Members must be Scotsmen. The Objects of the Society shall be the advancement of Scottish National and Philanthropic Interests and the Promotion of Good Fellowship among Scotsmen in London. Among the means to secure these objects shall be the support of The Royal Scottish Corporation and The Royal Caledonian Schools Trust, and the holding in London of Social Gatherings, including an Annual Festival, to all of which Social Gatherings guests can be invited.
